The OC OsteoKnot™ All Suture Anchor is a strong and small, all-suture anchor made of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) suture. It is available in a 3.0 mm diameter with a double-loaded option. It is specifically designed to be less invasive and reduce the amount of bone removal compared to standard metal anchors. Its smaller diameter and self-punching design also minimize any potential problems with intersecting anchor tunnels when multiple anchors are placed. Together, these features make it an ideal anchor for soft-tissue conditions that require strong and reliable repairs. For hard bone, an awl is available to make a pilot hole for anchor insertion. It is also available with a needle for mini-open procedures.
