OC EcoButton™ CL is a continuous loop device made from UHWMPE loop and the oblong shaped button is made from titanium material. The loop is available in various length i.e. 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35mm. The dimension of the button is: L12mm X W 4.0mm X H1.5mm. The EcoButton™ CL makes graft fixation stronger and more efficient by eliminating the need for knot tying. The continuous loop technology allows for a secure fit inside the tunnel, saving time and resources during surgery. Being a continuous loop without any joint, it provides over 1700 N Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS) which makes it robust than any other competitors in the market. The leading suture (#5 UHMWPE, White/Blue) and flipping suture (#5 UHMWPE, White/Black) are preloaded on the device to ensure precision when pulling and flipping of the button the intraosseous tunnel for a secure fixation. Additionally, the endoscopic reamer is available in the instrument set which provides precise drilling of tunnels and ensure the easy movement of the button and loop within the tunnel. This reamer makes the reconstruction of the ACL/PCL faster, safer and more efficient.
